Maintenance and Repairs

We can assist in identifying and prioritizing work associated with deferred maintenance or corrective maintenance. From small repairs on your work order list to larger repairs requiring outside vendor support, TRG can provide comprehensive repair services. We can provide technicians to complete facility work orders or perform small or large “in-house” repair projects such as doors, walls, and flooring, etc.

Project Management Support 

We can provide support for on-going projects by providing experienced personnel to oversee project scope development, periodic phasing reports, realistic and achievable target dates, and milestones. We will work with facility staff to understand their experience and comfort level with facility projects to allow full on-site ownership of the project as it comes to completion.

Capital Improvement

We can assist in developing a long-range facilities capital improvement plan. This can include equipment assessments and evaluating risks of deferring investment to allow for longer range capital planning thus working to help avoid unplanned expenses due to unplanned capital requirements. While it is not possible to prevent all equipment failures, the risk associated with unplanned capital expense needs can be mitigated in many circumstances through well planned projected capital needs.
