Mentorship
In many cases what stand-alone facilities lack is someone to provide expert direction and oversight for current staff. This mentoring role is often missing due to staff, supervisors, and managers lacking anyone to provide this crucial form of guidance we like to call mentorship. We can improve this through short- or long-term expertise in numerous areas and departments.

Technical Training

Many departmental results can be improved and demonstrate real cost reductions when staff are trained in the technical aspects of maintaining facilities, equipment, and systems. We can bring experts to bear in numerous areas after we complete an assessment of the current knowledge state.

Safety

Like technical skills, often what can be lacking is the knowledge of how to deescalate a situation, when to intervene and when to provide only requested assistance. These skills often improve when we provide training and education to security personnel in conjunction with their internal customers.
