Building and Equipment Maintenance
TRG can provide and manage on-site or as-needed support staff to complete routine janitorial level repairs and maintenance. We can also assist with managing your work order list with your staff, our staff, or, If it better suits the need, a complete turnkey service can be provided using known, licensed and trusted contractors.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Whether buildings are owned by the organization or occupied under a leasing or other legal agreement, identification of required preventative maintenance is essential. This may include work done by in-house staff, building owner staff, or outside vendors. TRG can provide equipment and system identification, OEM required maintenance requirements, and develop tailored procedures to support your equipment. In addition, TRG can assist with identifying and documenting required outside vendor inspections and testing. TRG can manage your entire PM program.

Grounds
If building grounds need immediate attention or on-going maintenance, we can provide a solution to keep property in a condition that will ensure your patients, visitors, staff, and families see that they are coming to a neat and well-maintained facility. This provides that all important great first impression.

Cleaning
Are you in need of a one time “spring cleaning” or perhaps development of proper procedures or schedules to keep current staff completing all required routine tasks? We can provide this oversight or even be your one stop shop for a department that will maintain the facility to a high standard by providing a full-service department that can employ some or all of the current staff after an interview process.

Closed Facilities
